Allow yourself to stop.
Last month's was about that. I was asking myself.. and others..
Are you allowing yourself to do it?
I know, your work might be extremely gripping and you love it - That's amazing!
I am glad to hear that!
But what if not, what if you only work to have some financial resources? Because you have to? Because you save money for your very first business, and your parents, have never been able to support you financially? That is not easy. Especially if you run this lifestyle from a very young age.
About whom I speak currently? For instance.. About old me. ( I am smiling to my screen :)
About that person who was never asking for help, and was able to receive that help. I was working for two or three to be able to save money. I ended up with almost depression. Anxiety for sure. a
What helped me the most and was the last thing I were figuring out - Was food, nature, and holistic way of looking at me in the mirrors.
I stopped. I needed to stop. Finally - realise what is going on.
To listen to my body, my soul. To find the answer to why I was feeling that crazy bad mentally, and physically. Now when I am going back to my past last 10 years, all goes like dominoes, or puzzles thrown somewhere in between some countries and continents.
Those moments.. were the heaviest in my life so far.
Anyway with hindsight - that thing - just happened to me obviously for a reason. The best thing which happened to me. To create my life from the bottom how I want, to learn how I want it to be.. authentically. With pleasure and being grateful every day. With no doubts. There is no good or bad.
There is always a miracle to discover. Yes - we are miracles. I strongly belive in that.
I started listening to my body. I went for a mental diet and changed my lifestyle from the bottom.
The whole circle of life.
That might be.. something what not serving you anymore, but you have no idea.. because you have had no time, to stop and think. Working environment, life partner, friends, people surrounding you with, the food you choose every day, family life.. all these aspects fully influence your life.
One thing I always speak about to my clients is just..
Please plan your rest like you plan your work or achievements.
Listen to your body, and thoughts.
Sit in the morning for a moment before you even look into your phone.. and note how you feel about your automatic thoughts. How do your body and mind feel, what are your automatic thoughts, and how your heart reacts..
How do you breathe.. ? Do you feel chronic pain?
What bothers you..? What doesn't and for what are you grateful for?
That little routine will help you to define what you might work with to improve your health and your life, not only for a moment.
Just doing that for a better full being, living your life. These answers might not come immediately. Be patient, and good with yourself. It sometimes needs a bit more time to discover these miracles. We are all the same… but different. Coming from plenty of environments, families. Timing can not be the same for everyone.
Even for lover to saying, I love you.. in the same time.
